POWER: Chronomancy - When the latch release of the watch is clicked, time pauses briefly. When the cover is closed, time immediately rewinds to the moment when the latch release was clicked. However, time can only be rewound back to the maximum of two seconds. The 'clicker's' status will return to the state they were. Any injuries or damage will be reversed. This is limited to only one target: the holder of the watch. Going past two seconds will require further practice, but the maximum limit will ultimately be five seconds. Eventually, this ability can spread out to anyone within a two foot radius at maximum.
